Apium Noodle Bar is an eaterie in EC1 that provides City workers with good value, healthy Oriental food. Apium opened in July 2003 and is the only place in Smithfields EC1 that provides ethnic cooking in a relaxed and informal seated environment.
The freshly prepared menu is influenced by the Far East, including Malaysia, Korea, Japan and China.
Almost 60 dishes include Ramen noodles in soup and E-Fu (both yellow noodles made from egg and flour), fried Vermicelli, stir-fried Udon (thick Japanese noodle from salt, water and wheat flour) and Ho Fun (strips of noodle made from rice), plus a huge variety of rice dishes.
